The system offers personalised content and integrated omnichannel communication tools, creating unified
learner and FAQ portals. This fosters lasting connections with students, alumni, and prospects. Enhanced marketing capabilities will boost conversion and retention rates, thereby strengthening the NUS community and maximising ROI for substantial financial growth. NUSHub provides a comprehensive view by capturing and integrating students’ digital footprints, communications, and academic histories into a single platform.
