The uNivUS super app remains the primary point of entry to all NUS digital services for staff, students, alumni, and visitors. A multi-year initiative, it is constantly enriched with new features to enhance user experiences through community engagement, personalisation, and discovery. The 2024 roadmap focuses on fostering a vibrant, inclusive community where users can connect, collaborate, and share via crowdsourcing on the integrated campus map. For greater user convenience, we have integrated internal shuttle bus information into the campus map,

synced Canvas assignment due dates into the calendar, and added a timetable view for classes. Sustainability remains a priority, with a marketplace feature encouraging resource reuse and resale. To promote exploration, a guided tour feature has been added for discovering local landmarks. We are also expanding uNivUS to include a new undergraduate applicant persona, providing better engagement by helping applicants track their applications and stay informed about relevant events.
