As AI continues to transform the technological landscape, NUS leads with AI-Know, a comprehensive AI platform that enhances the community’s digital competencies. AI-Know offers a centralised repository of AI-driven tools like AI-Chat, AI-Draw, AI-Minute, and AI-Guide, along with Digital Enablement training to boost AI literacy and skills, thus significantly enhancing staff productivity. By promoting citizen development and initiatives such as AI-Create, AI-Know empowers staff to create AI powered solutions and fosters a culture of innovation. To date, AI-Know has empowered nearly 1,000 staff members and engaged over 120 departments, advancing AI competencies across the university. It has streamlined processes in areas such as the Office of Student Affairs’ Hostel Appeals system and the Office of Risk Management and Compliance’s Student Safety Recommendations. This has enabled the teams to focus on strategic, high-impact tasks and informed decision-making.
