Every year, more than 30,000 hopefuls put their dreams into an application to NUS, hoping for a fair shot at admission. To make that possible, the Office of Admissions partnered NUS IT to create saraQ, an AI tool that reads short-answer questions with speed and consistency. Capable of processing up to 2,000 responses an hour, saraQ helps ensure every student’s story is heard while staff focus on guiding the final decisions.
