These endeavours are testaments to our efforts in shaping a digitally dexterous NUS, well positioned to harness the capabilities of AI to drive innovation and impact for the campus community. As we enter the third year of our IT Strategic Plan (2023–2027), the patterns we are crafting are taking shape with clarity and purpose. Guided by our vision of Building a Borderless University, Powered by Infinite Technology, we remain steadfast in our commitment to deliver transformative solutions that push boundaries. As NUS celebrates its 120th anniversary, we take immense pride in being part of the University’s journey – powering innovation, enabling connections, and shaping the digital future of our community. As we look ahead, we remain committed to weaving the next chapter together. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to my agile team, NUS senior management, staff and students, as well as partners for their unwavering support.
