Charlotte’s creative path began at NUS IT, where she brought the playful bunny mascot, bITbIT, to life and discovered her confidence as a designer. Today, she is a Research and Innovation Specialist at Williams-Sonoma, shaping fresh ideas in home décor while still building on the skills she developed during her internship. Benedict’s internship at NUS IT gave him the opportunity to work with emerging AI technologies just as generative AI was gaining global attention. From making ALCA, the service desk chatbot, more empathetic to experimenting with retrieval-augmented generation, he experienced how innovation could transform campus life. Now, as an AI Security Engineer at DSTA, he carries those lessons forward to strengthen intelligent systems and support safer, smarter AI. Read more
