NUS IT Report Card 2023

STAYING CONNECTED uNivUS A multi-year initiative, the uNivUS super app houses a myriad of more than 40 applications to date, connecting NUS staff, students, alumni and visitors with useful information and services customised to suit their needs. “uniting NUS individUalS”, uNivUS has evolved to be the primary point of entry to all NUS digital services for NUS users, as they adopt various personas (from student, alumni, staff, to even life-long learner). Ensuring it continues to deliver a seamless, mobile experience that enhances campus life in 2023, the uNivUS team focused on unlocking more core capabilities and improving existing apps. In the coming year, users can look forward to more opportunities to connect via new social functions built into the super app.
