OFFICE MAKEOVER

Our revamped office was thoughtfully designed

with a variety of different spaces to maximise collaborative opportunities amongst staff. Even the rooms were named after our NUS IT mascot, bITbIT! The establishment of our seminar room “Orange Carrot Meadow” provides a versatile venue for conducting workshops, seminars, and department events, attributed to collapsible walls that allow the room to be nimbly configured for different purposes. In addition, our NUS IT Burrows meeting rooms support enhanced video conferencing capabilities through Zoom, providing seamless hybrid communication amongst in-person and remote participants.

Purposeful spaces

Ergonomic office equipment , such as adjustable chairs with lumbar support, standing desks, and 3 monitors ensure com during the hours spen at desks.

Our discussion pods offer a convenient and flexible space for staff to engage in quick, on-the fly discussions.

To ensure privacy during individual calls and meetings, a number of single pax telephone booths are situated around the office.
