Singapore Business Review Technology Excellence Awards - Connectivity in Telecommunications

In collaboration with Starhub, we deployed Singapore’s first outdoor Wi-Fi powered by solar energy and 5G across all three NUS campuses and piloted “NUS Wi-Fi on the Move”, extending access to our secured private NUS network beyond campus boundaries.

IDC Future Enterprise Awards - CIO 100 ASEAN Awards Top 100 & Best in Future of Connectedness (Singapore and Asia-Pacific) NUS IT achieved outstanding recognition at the 2024 IDC Future Enterprise Awards! Chief Information Technology Officer Tan Shui-Min was honoured among the CIO100 ASEAN Awards Top 100, with Deputy President of Administration, Mr. Clarence Ti, accepting the award on her behalf. Demonstrating exceptional innovation, the NUS IT Network Team secured both Singapore and Asia-Pacific titles for Best in Future of Connectedness, celebrating the success of the ground-breaking “Wi-Fi on the Move” initiative. These prestigious accolades underscore NUS IT’s leadership and excellence in driving transformative innovation.
