CX Asia Excellence Awards 2024 for Best Use of Intelligent Chatbot - Bronze Award Our IT Service Desk proudly clinched the Bronze at the CX Asia Excellence Awards 2024 for Best Use of Intelligent Chatbot, outshining over 300 submissions! This accolade celebrates our innovative approach to transforming the customer journey through intelligent chatbots. With the “Empowering Delightful Customer Interactions via the Anywhere Service Desk” project, our NUS IT team achieved remarkable feats, including $201,000 in ticket cost avoidance over two years and an 11% productivity boost for IT support staff. We are thrilled to receive this recognition and will continue to drive tech innovation!

iCXA24 for Best Use of AI - Over 1,000 Employees - Bronze Award In a global celebration of excellence in customer experience, the IT Service Desk earned a Bronze at iCXA24 for Best Use of AI - Over 1,000 Employees. This honour highlights our innovative “Empowering Delightful Customer Interactions via the Anywhere Service Desk” project. We are proud of this accolade and remain dedicated to pushing the boundaries of customer experience!

Duty of Care Awards - Runner-Up The inter-organisational team at NUS received the 2024 Duty of Care Awards Runner-up in Crisis Agility & Response from the International SOS Foundation! This recognition involved collaboration among the Office of Risk Management and Compliance, University Campus Infrastructure, NUS Health and Wellbeing, and NUS IT. The uNivUS app played a crucial role during the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting the university’s focus on crisis management and community well-being.
