Lunch-time Exercise Classes
Amid our hectic work schedules, finding time for exercise can often seem like a luxury. Yet, the benefits are undeniable, from enhancing productivity and morale to boosting energy levels and reducing stress. To address this, we teamed up with the Health Promotion Board and fitness consultants at Alpha Fitness to launch a series of exciting lunchtime exercise classes right here in our office. The atmosphere was electrifying with sweat and laughter as colleagues bonded over the energetic Piloxing sessions—a dynamic workout blending dance, Pilates, and boxing moves. For those who preferred something less intense, the Stretch-and-Tone sessions provided targeted muscle conditioning to enhance flexibility. Everyone who attended loved the workout—after all, ‘Health is wealth’!
