NUS IT Report Card 2024 Hitting the High Notes in Perfect Harmony

NUS IT has fully embraced our Staff Interest Groups (SIGs) this year, diving into sports and teamwork with great enthusiasm! Our staff eagerly participated in inter departmental tournaments and enjoyed weekly sessions of tennis, table tennis, running, and badminton. These activities not only promoted a healthy lifestyle but also fostered camaraderie and team spirit across the department. Wellness Carnival The NUS IT Staff Wellness Carnival 2024, held on 30th May, was a great success. Organised in partnership with Singlife, the day was packed with wellness activities and services that saw a high and lively participation. We offered complimentary health screenings, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), vision, and spinal checks. There were also free soothing head and neck massages to help our colleagues unwind. Staff could savour and purchase nutritious and delicious snacks from various vendors. The ‘Human Reset - TCM Based Preventive Therapy’ workshop was a highlight, offering valuable insights into holistic well-being. The carnival raised awareness on several wellness topics and received glowing feedback. We eagerly anticipate organising similar events in the future to keep our colleagues in the pink of health!
