NUS IT FUN CLUB

NUS IT’s Fun Club is a lively hub in our department, promoting a culture of enjoyment and friendship among our staff. Fun Club is dedicated to elevating the well-being of our staff by facilitating activities that promote social cohesion and a healthy lifestyle. Fun Club also serves as a catalyst for celebrating the rich cultural diversity within our department, organising cultural festivities and celebrations to bond our people. Beyond leisure, the Fun Club encapsulates the spirit of giving and community engagement, channelling NUS IT’s collective energy into various volunteering activities. We are heartened by the enthusiastic participation and engagement of our staff! It is no doubt that every individual at NUS IT has played an active role in nurturing the positive workplace atmosphere of inclusivity, joy, and a collective sense of purpose.

STAFF INTEREST GROUPS (SIG s)

To promote work-life balance, we established Special Interest Groups (SIGs) dedicated to sports and physical activities. We extend our appreciation to the leaders and members who have played instrumental roles in spearheading these SIG initiatives. The SIGs cater to various interests, including Badminton, Bowling, Running, Table Tennis and Tennis. Notably, the NUS IT Badminton SIG has achieved commendable success at the NUS STARS Badminton Games 2023, an event open to all NUS staff. The achievements include the Champion Runner-Up awards in the Master Doubles category, Runner-Up Award and one top-four winner in Mixed Doubles, Runner-Up Award and one top-8 pair winner in Men’s Doubles, and two Top-Four winners in Men’s Singles. These accomplishments underscore the commitment of our team members to excellence not only in the professional sphere but also in recreational pursuits
