Happy Index is a user-friendly feedback system developed by NUS IT for the entire NUS community. With the ability to incorporate Happy Index into virtually all touchpoints, it will enable the timely solicitation of user feedback, enhancing user satisfaction with NUS systems and services. Swift interventions can also be carried out to address any pain points. Furthermore, this tool can be easily deployed via web pages with QR codes or integrated into applications with minimal coding. UCI Dining Services, an early adopter of Happy Index, replaced a $60,000 vendor solution in six canteens and saved over 500 man-hours annually. The Undergraduate Admission System also utilised Happy Index to capture immediate feedback from applicants.
